How can I Start Digital Marketing Firm

Dear Fellows,

I have 5-7 years experience in Software Development and Business Consulting(IT). Now i want to start a Digital Marketing start-up firm. I have not so much idea of Basic Infrastructure requirement, Operational, Client Search, Seed Capital.
How can start very initial setup as one man army and gradually want to grow
If anybody give me some suggestions so please come ahead for your precious suggestions
